Daktronics Online Experience | Adding or Removing Contacts from Your Account

Account Managers can update who has access to your Daktronics self-service tools.

Environment

Steps

If you’re an Account Manager, you can update the list of people associated with your account.

To manage contacts:

Go to My Account > Manage Contacts

  1. Use the search or filter tools to view current users
  2. Click on a user to view their details. 
  3. To remove a user, click Remove Contact
    • This deactivates them, hides them from your account and removes all of their access (but doesn’t delete data)
  4. To add a new user, click Add Contact and enter their name, email, and company

 

When you remove a contact from your account:

  • They will no longer appear in your contact list
  • They will lose access to self-service tools (MySupport, Shop.Daktronics.com)
  • Their data stays safely stored in our system
  • You (or Daktronics) can reactivate them later if needed

 

This helps your organization stay secure by revoking outdated access without deleting historical data.
