To give your organization better control over online access, we’ve introduced new self-service roles. These roles define what each person can see and do in your online account.
Here’s a breakdown:
Website User (Base Role)
· Log into Daktronics.com and Partner.Daktronics.com
· View product and account information
· Request quotes
Buyer (Add-on)
· Place e-commerce orders on shop.daktronics.com
· Pay via credit card or request invoice (if your account has approved terms)
Case Manager (Add-on)
· View service cases
· Create new cases and schedule service calls
· Manage cases for all associated locations
Account Manager (Full Access)
· All capabilities above, plus:
o Add or remove account contacts
o Change user roles and permissions
o Edit account addresses
o Upload tax exemption documents
o Manage your subscriptions
