Steps

How to Update Email Address

  1. There is not an option to update the email address within the same user and you will need to create a new user.

  2. Follow Venus Accounts: How do I add or create a user in Venus Control Suite?

  3. After adding the new account with the updated email.

  4. Verify that you can access Venus Control Suite

  5. Proceed to delete the old account with the old email.

How to Remove a User 

  1. In the Accounts App, find the user in your list. 

  1. Click their name. 

  1. Select the trash can icon and confirm the action. 

    1. You can “Lock Account” or “Force Password Change”
