SSP-100 Microphone is quiet compared to the music

Cause
The Mic/Line button is set to the wrong setting. Microphones put signals out in millivolts and mixers and other devices put signals out around 1 volt. This button compensates for those different voltage levels.
Resolution
Set the Mic/Line switch to MIC or the in position for microphones
