Camino: 3D Cameras/Effects don't appear in 3D when played on DMP-8000 (on-air camera not selected)

Potential Symptoms

  • Content appears normal in Camino Editor

Environment

Cause

  • Wrong Camera is active in the Camino Editor

Resolution

  1. Select the Camera in the SceneGraph panel

  2. Go to the Camera Tab in the Properties panel

  3. Check the box for On-Air Camera. Save this change and play the Camino template on the DMP-8000. The red dot (5th column) in the SceneGraph panel denotes the camera is selected as the on-air camera.

  4. Save this change in the Camino editor and play the updated Camino template with this change on the DMP-8000.
