Unable to Change Scoreboard Information with MX-1

Potential Symptoms

  • User is not in DEMO mode in their DAK score app, are using correct radio settings and have selected correct sport
  • Able to connect to the MX-1 through the DAK score app but not able to change information on the scoreboard
  • MX-1 appears to be connected to the scoreboard and showing information but not correctly

Environment

Cause

  • Scoreboard is connecting to another MX-1 Controller and other scoreboards in the area are set to the same radio settings.

Resolution

  • Change each scoreboard radio settings to their own broadcast and channel.
