No internet being provided by a Cisco RV325 router, router reverted to factory default settings

Potential Symptoms

  • No internet being provided by a cisco RV325 router but can access the equipment locally.
  • Unable to access the router web UI.

Cause

  • Cisco RV325 router was reverted back to default settings.

Resolution

  1. Log into the router at the default IP.
    1. If you do not know the IP, contact Daktronics Technical Support.
  2. The default username and password may need to be used to log into the router.
    1. If you do not know the default credentials, contact Daktronics Technical Support.
  3. Select VLAN menu.
  4. Edit the VLAN to show the proper IP address.
