All Sport Pro 2 How do I sync time when there is no internet connection available?

The All Sport Pro 2 automatically sets its internal clock when it boots up provided there is an internet connection available, however there are customer sites where internet is not available on the Daktronics network for the All Sport 2 to use for time synchronization. This can cause issues for customers who display time of day on their fixed digit scoreboards and locker room clocks. Without internet, the All Sport 2 will save the last known time of day before powered off, and resume that time when it is powered back on. 

It is possible to synchronize the All Sport Pro 2 with the local clock on a DMP-8000, which is typically found on the same network.

  • Product: All Sport Pro Series 2 All Sport Pro 2

  • Control System: No Internet available on the Daktronics network. (Typically no connection to the WAN port on the DAK router), Daktronics Video Control System Rack with at least 1 DMP-8000 Player.
