Daktronics Learning Center course issue resolutions

This article aims to assist in understanding and resolving the issues that hinder the completion of the Learning Center Courses for Daktronics. First, ensure that your computer meets the minimum requirements specified in the 'Computer Setup' course.

Unable to open courses
Yellow Banner– Not Authorized to Register for This Activity
- Please return to the previous page and try to reopen the course. If you are required to complete this activity and are unable to do so, contact your learning administrator for assistance.
Red Text – Unauthorized Access is Rejected
- Clear your browser cache. (see How To Clear Browser Cache)
- If this is a scheduled activity, it may have passed its end date and/or registration deadline. If it has, then you can't access it. Keep in mind that if the activity is part of a structure, you can't access any of the activities once the top-level ""parent"" activity has passed these deadlines.
- Some activities have expiration dates, subscription lengths, or access duration limits. Once expired, you can't access the activity anymore.
- If you're required to complete this activity and can't, please talk to your learning administrator.
Unable to click on courses in the curriculum
This probably indicates that you have not yet registered for the courses.
- Verify you have registered for the curriculum.
- There is a blue Register button at the top of the curriculum intro.
- Some courses will have the Register button inside the 3 dots at the top of the curriculum intro.
Course window won’t open
Move to a different internet browser. Sometimes, if a pop-up window is stuck on a load screen, moving to a different internet browser reattempting the course will be successful.
- Confirm Pop-up have been Disabled
- If you see this icon in your search bar, this is why you are not able to see the new pop-up window to view the course. Following these steps will allow the pop-up window to be viewed.
Completion of the curriculum isn’t triggering
If you are seeing a 100% inside the curriculum, but not in the curriculum thumbnail on the Initiative page.
- Click the “Next” button on the bottom right of the curriculum page to manually trigger the completion. If you do not see this please check that you are seeing the entire window.
- If this button is inaccessible, please contact your learning administrator.
Verify account is active
Inability to access the learning material may indicate that the time allocated for completing the coursework has lapsed. The remaining days should be visible on the Initiative thumbnail. If completion of this activity is mandatory and you are unable to do so, it is advisable to consult your learning administrator.
