Data Server RTD to XML not updating files due to permissions issue
Potential Symptoms
- Daktronics Event Log Shows the Following
- Problem Encountered writing to the path (file:///C:/Dak Stats Share/Scoreboard.xml): The process cannot access the file 'C:\Dak Stats Share\Scoreboard.xml' because it is being used by another process.

Cause
- Third Party CG reading XML Files may be denying Data Server access to said output XML Files
Resolution
- Change folder-sharing properties so "Everyone" has read access only and the Data Server Computer's User Account (i.e. DakUser, Dak, V7000) has both read and write privileges
