Unable to receive data, Daktronics LAN not priority

Potential Symptoms

With multiple NIC's:

  • Unable To Receive StatCrew Data.
  • Unable to update stats from Data Server on DMP.
  • Stats from previous games are playing.
  • Data Monitor does not pick up anything .
  • Data Server PC's Data Monitor does show traffic on the specified ports.
  • Show Control unable to communicate with DMPs.

Cause

  • NIC Metric priority on Daktronics LAN NIC not set higher than the other(s).

Resolution

  • Adjust Interface metric to 1 on the Daktronics LAN's NIC.

    • Note: You may need to set the others manually (away from automatic).
