Pitch Time on Video Board Freezes at 10 Seconds, Edit Preset Values On the All Sport 5000 Console
Potential Symptoms
- Timer on video board counts down until it hits 10 seconds, where it freezes and then it displays 0 when the timer on the All Sport 5000 Console hits 0.
- Data Monitor DID view also shows that countdown freezes at 10 seconds in the field corresponding to the preset used.
- Data Monitor DID view also shows presets as just ":ss" or "ss" instead of the "mm:ss" format.

Cause
- The All Sport preset time is missing the leading 0's in the minute section.
- Presets times could also be set only as seconds.
Resolution
- Press <EDIT> followed by one of the <PRESET> keys to set the value of the PRESET and WARNING times.
- To change the PRESET time, enter the new value using the number keypad, and then press <ENTER>.
- Times under a minute should have leading zeroes.
- 30 seconds should be entered as 00:30, not :30.
- Times over a minute should be entered as minutes and seconds.
- 90 seconds should be entered as 01:30 not :90.
- Times under a minute should have leading zeroes.
