Steps

  1. There may be one power supply or two depending on the model of the display.
  2. Unplug the power plug from J3 on the driver.
  3. For a single power supply setup measure voltage between the red and black wire. You should get 24vDC.

  4. For a dual power supply setup measure voltage across both sets of the red and black wires. You should get 24vDC.
