No Audio Out of SSR-100 Multimedia Mixer

Potential Symptoms

Inputs on the mixer show signal on the LEDs, but nothing on the output meters even when turned up.

Cause

The fire alarm mute Normally Open / Normally Closed selection switch on the back of the mixer is set to the wrong position.
or
The fire alarm system is active or malfunctioning if connected to the mixer
 

Resolution

Switch 7 should be set to N/O position if no fire alarm wiring is connected

If fire alarm wiring is connected, verify with a fire alarm technician what setting the mixer needs to be set to and set the switch accordingly.
