Images or videos are looping continuously; Loop all enabled

Potential Symptoms

  • Images or videos are looping continuously even when scripted to play once.
  • One zone is looping content while others run as intended.

Environment

Cause

  • Loop all is enabled on the player zone.

Resolution

  1. Log into the DMP. 
  2. Open the DMP-8000 Control Panel.
  3. Click on the affected zone.
  4. Click on the Playlist drop-down and deselect Loop All.
