How to Use the Windows Photos App to Resize Content and Change File Type

Steps

1. Open the file in the Windows Photo App.
2. Right click the image and click "Resize image":

3. Change the Width to match the width of the sign, or at most 3 times the sign width, in pixels:

4. Select file extension, .png has good compatibility in V1500 and VCS,
5. Save with a new file name.
