Unable to Update Prices, Radio J-Box Has No Power

Potential Symptoms

  • Unable to change prices on Fuel Displays.
  • Radio J-Box green power LED is not lit.
  • Radio J-Box power adapter not present.
  • Radio J-Box power cable is plugged into the DM-100.

Environment

  • Product: Fuel Light, FL-2000, FL-3000, FL-4000
  • Component: FLR3-1500 Radio TX Interface J-box, Serial Radio Communication
  • Control System: DM-100 

Cause

  • Radio J-box is unplugged either at the J-box or at the outlet or power source is not turned on (power strip).
  • The power adapter is plugged into the DM-100 handheld.
  • The power adapter for Radio J-box is missing.

Resolution

  • Plug the AC-adapter into outlet and barrel connector into the J-box 12V Power In.
  • Remove the AC-adapter from the DM-100 and plug it into the J-box 12V Power In. 
  • Recommend new AC-adapter if missing.
