Vertical column of panels is completely blank.

Potential Symptoms

  • Entire column of panels is blank.
  • Multiple blank panels vertically on display.
  • No power getting to multiple panels in the display, all are powered by the same incoming power source.

Cause

Power connection for incoming power to column of blank panels is not connected or has gone bad.

Resolution

  1. Fully seat A/C power cable at incoming power location for column.
  2. If issue still present verify voltage on incoming power line, and have certified electrician replace if needed.
