Potential Symptoms
- Multiple blank sections of a vertical column on the display.
- All modules in a section are blank and not displaying content.
- Blank section on display, content playing on rest of display.

Cause
DC power connection(s) disconnected between the 2 hub boards in a panel (1.2mm and below pixel pitch). This then causes the loss of signal to the panel below due to the routing of the signal within this specific display.
Signal disconnect from one hub to the next (no redundancy). This then causes signal to stop flowing to the next hub boards in the chain of that signal routing. *Visual can change pending signal routing of display always reference the signal path specific to the display being worked on.
Resolution
Fully connect the DC power connections on the hub board
Power back on display
Signal Issue:
Fully seat cat6 cable between hub boards in blank panel(s)
If still blank but diagnostics leds on receiver card are showing signal loss; replace cable
