Steps

ADFLOW players are connected via Network jack
  1. If the player is showing as offline in Player Monitor, confirm that the players  are powered on and displaying content.
  2. Reboot the player to see if that brings the player back onto the network.
  3. If Player is offline, but appears to be working normally, contact IT Team or Networking to check the network is up and running.
