Shot Clock: Shot Time does not count down; All Sport shot clock settings lockup

Potential Symptoms

  • Shot clock main time working but shot time does not.
  • Shot time on both shot clocks not counting down.

Environment

  • Product: Fixed Digit Scoreboard, Shot Clocks, BB-2115, BB-2114, BB-2140, BB2141, BB-2150, BB-2151
  • Component: Shot Clock, All Sport
  • Control System: All Sport 5000

Cause

  • Shot clock setting lockup in All Sport Menu.

Resolution

  1. Enter Menu in All Sport>Edit Settings>SHOT CLOCK-MODE TENTH SECOND? N switch to YES (For SHOW TENTHS AT: shouldn't make a difference).
  2. Run shot clock - shot clock time should start counting down.
  3. Go back into the Menu and switch setting back to it's original settings.
