Initial installation fire up shows some modules with discoloration or partial content.
Replaced hub board and modules are discolored.

Cause
- The screws that secure the power supply are not fully seated. This is due to the threadlock compound on the screws. This, in turn, is impacting the hub board and module connection.
Resolution
- The screws are likely not fully seating due to the threadlock compound. In one instance, the threadlock compound had to be cut away from the threads to allow the screw to be fully inserted. Ensure that the screw is fully seated and the hub board is able to be installed properly. After ensure the hub board is installed properly, install the modules and ensure the issue is resolved.
- Note: If working on a 1.2mm or lower first ensure the power supply bracket is not bowing. If so, loosen bracket first so hub is not bowed out and then ensure module is fully seated. (You may have to bend the holding plate to flatten it out.)
