Some stats update correctly while other stats are blank; DCS or DSTI is not running

Potential Symptoms

  • In progress stats are working but DakStats team stats do not populate
  • In game stats work but team names are blank
  • Correct stats when pulling from Game in Progress: Basketball
  • Wrong stats when pulling from Game Stats: DakStats BB
  • Some stats are wrong, stats are old, stats are blank

Environment

  • Product: M3 Controller Message Displays, DakStats
  • Component: DakStats
  • Control System: Display Studio

Cause

  • DSTI or DCS are not both running

Resolution

  • Make sure DSTI and DCS are both running
    • Due to some stats coming from All Sport and others coming from DakStats
