Potential Symptoms
- Shows No Internet Connection for eCCB wifi when connected or when trying to connect.
- Not able to log into display.

Cause
- Password not entered for eCCB wifi.
- Unable to enter password.
Resolution
- Open WiFi settings in the settings app.
- Click on the gear icon or letter 'i' on the right of the eCCB wifi. (This will open up more details/properties for the eCCB wifi.)
- Select "Forget" or "Forget Network".
- Return to WiFi settings.
- Select the eCCB wifi and enter the password.
- Once connected to eCCB wifi, log into the eCCB display following How to log into the eCCB displays, DD3542821
