Steps

  1. Log into the web management page for the modem.
    1. Default IP: 192.168.10.1
    2. Default Username/Password: auto/admin
  2. Adjust/Enable DMZ to Daktronics Router
    1. Go to Advanced Settings (Near the Top of the page) - > DMZ (under Network)
    2. Toggle/Enable DMZ
    3. Populate the WAN IP Address of the Daktronics Router.
    4. Save.
  3. Under System at the bottom of the page choose the Reboot button to reset the modem
    1. Note: Do NOT choose the Reset button. That will wipe the configuration.
  4. Ensure that the modem is physically connected to the Internet port on the Daktronics provided router.
