What information shows in MySupport Locations?  What is a location?  How can I see what equipment or assets are at that location?   Is this location an installation site, a ship to site, or a bill to site?

Steps

The Location Tab is the fifth over on the Daktronics MySupport banner.  Under this tab, you will be able to see all locations listed under the main account.  A location can be a site, the physical address of your display, a service vehicle or anywhere equipment may be located.  It could be a shipping location, a billing location, a corporate home/office location or any other geographic location.  If your account has multiple locations, they are listed spearately in a hierarchy below your main account. 

  1. To see more about a Location, click on it to open a new window.image.png
  2. Now you are able to see the child location.  You can view any cases created for this location.
  3. The Assets is a list of all assets, or equipment, at this location.
  4. Addresses.  These are the addresses associated with this location.  They can be the Installation address, the Ship To for shipping parts address, or it could be a separate Bill To address.

Searching the Location Page

When a search field or filter is not available to search, you can use your computer search function Ctrl+F for Windows based computers or Command + F for mac users.  image.png
