MySupport | What is the Account Tab?

How do I see my Account information in MySupport? How can I see what Locations are in my Account?  Who are the contacts associated to MySupport account?

Steps

The Accounts tab is the fourth tab in the MySupport banner.  Clicking on the Accounts will show you Account Activity.  The information shown on this page is:
  1. Locations.  All locations that fall under your account will be shown here.  Each location can be opened up by clicking on the name.
  2. Cases.  This is another view of all your cases.  You can see the status at a glance and there is a View All option that will open another window showing all your cases. Mouse over to preview, or click to Open (4).  For more information on viewing Cases, see MySupport | Cases Tab: How Do I View or Add Comments to My Cases?
  3. Contact.  Curious who is listed as a Contact for your account?  This is the list of what Daktronics has on file as contacts.  Create a case and provide the necessary information if you need to make any changes.
