MySupport | What is the Account Tab?

How do I see my Account information in MySupport? How can I see what Locations are in my Account?  Who are the contacts associated to MySupport account?

Steps

The Accounts tab is the fourth tab in the MySupport banner.  Clicking on the Accounts will show you Account Activity.  The information shown on this page is:

  1. If you are associated with multiple Accounts, they will be list4ed here. Click on an Account to expand for additional information.   
  2. Locations.  All locations that fall under your account will be shown here along with case information.  If there are multiple locations listed, you can open a specific one by clicking on the name.
  3. Cases.  This is another view of all your cases.  You can see the status at a glance and there is a View All option on the lower right side that will open another window showing all your cases. If you mouse over a case number, a mini window will open showing additional information for that case.
