What is the Featured Topics under the Knowledge & Community tab?   How do I search in the Knowledge base in MySupport?

  1. Access by going to https://www.daktronics.com/mysupport/help
  2. Click on Sign In.

Steps

The Knowledge & Community tab is the second tab over on the MySupport banner.  Within the Knowledge & Community page, you will find the Featured Topics page, your Community Discussion and My Questions.  


Featured Topics

Featured Topics provides a tile view of Topics within our Knowledge Base.  Select the tile that interests you, such as Control Systems, to search control software questions.  Or OOH Advertising if your question has to do with billboard, etc.image.png

Then you can search for whatever your question may be and MySupport will provide you with a number of knowledge articles that may answer your question.  It will also suggest Top Articles and will provide the number of related articles that are found under another Topic.
