Potential Symptoms
- When saving presentations in Content Studio, at the stage of converting to sq7, get the following error message:
- Failed to Save Presentation: Conversion Failed: An error occured during processing task at P0V0M0T0H0M29S into presentation. See log for further details.
- The Content Studio presentation has avi files used in one or more slides.

Cause
- Corrupt avi animation imported into presentation.
Resolution
- Remove avi file and add a known working version of the file.
