Content Studio: Sport media RTD not appearing; File named incorrectly.

Potential Symptoms

  • Media RTD file set up correctly in Content Studio except the name does not match data field.
  • Media RTD is blank on the display.

Environment

  • Component: Content Studio, Media RTD, DMP-7000, DMP-8000
  • Control System: Show Control System (SCS)

Cause

  • Media RTD file name does not match the data field on the RTD field it will be linked to.

Resolution

The media mage must match the data that is coming from the stats sources. Example: if the home team name is entered into the AllSport as "RAPTORS" then the image name must be saved as "RAPTORS" to be displayed correctly.
