Q: I was quoted Venus Control Suite Prime and now I see Venus Control Suite Basic on my order, what does that mean?
A: We have rebranded and reimagined our Venus offerings to better serve all of our valued customers. We are also working on adding new features that you will be able to take advantage of in every package!
Q: Will my experience in Venus change?
A: The Venus Control Suite experience will remain the same, you will be provided with all the tools you need to deploy media and manage your display(s).
Q: How do I find out more about other Venus packages? Can I change/upgrade to a different package?
A: Absolutely! For details on the different packages, reference: Flyer VCS Unification Feature Comparison. Please contact customer service to learn more.
Q: How will my existing Legacy displays be impacted by the New Venus Packages?
A: Displays purchased prior to October 26th which had no software fees associated with them, will remain at no charge even if your Venus account level increases in the future. These existing legacy displays will never be billed a subscription. You will be able to take advantage of all features of your New Venus Package even for those existing legacy displays!
Q: Can I have different displays in different packages?
A: The New Venus Packages are applied at the account level and all of the displays in the account can take advantage of the features available in that package. If you decide to upgrade to a different Venus Package, all of the displays will be upgraded and they will all have access to the features of that new package.
