- Refer to How do I create Display Studio scripts to execute triggers for VP-6000 looks? for a guide on building a VP-6000 scripting button
- To help with scripting shows with a lot of look changes, it's good to have a separate VP-6000 subpage in the ADMIN tab that houses all the VP-6000 buttons
- These buttons can then be used as includes to save time by not having to create new script lines every time a look, source or transition needs to be changed on the VP-6000

- When building buttons to change a look with a new source, the look script line should be first followed by the source script line
- If including DMP-8000 content and look changes in the same button, wait commands of 250ms and 333ms need to be added between the 8000 and VP-6000 script lines to prevent flashes of DMP-8000 content.
- Note: Flashes don't always occur but having a wait command will not affect visuals when there isn't a flash.
