VCS Content Studio installer rolls back and will not complete the installation, TLS 1.1 and 1.2 not allowed on device.
Potential Symptoms
- Installer reaches the screen "Enabling TLS 1.1 and 1.2 but will not go any further.
- "The Wizard was interrupted before Daktronics Content Studio could be completely installed" error is present.
- In the Windows Installer Log:
- InstallShield: Managed code threw an unhandled exception.
CustomAction EnableTLSVersions returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
Action ended 16:35:47: InstallFinalize. Return value 3.
