Ethernet Bridge Radio (EBR) No Communications, Other Radio Frequency Device at Location Defective

Cause

  • Another device at or near the radio has failed in a way that broadcasts signal across the entire spectrum instead of broadcasting the signal on specific frequencies like 915 Mhz or 922 Mhz.

Resolution

  • Shut off the failed RF device, verify spectrum issue resolved, replace faulty device:

For Temporary Operation

  • If powering down the faulty device to publish to sign, be aware that the faulty device may cause interference with other RF devices at location if it is turned back on.
