Wireless scoreboard not responding to All Sport console; Wrong receiver type

Potential Symptoms

  • Scoreboard is blank and not responding to All Sport console
  • A different wireless controller (RC-200) used for another clock/scoreboard seems to interfere with this scoreboard.
  •  MX-1 with Dak Score App is not connecting the scoreboard.
  • Wireless scoreboard is showing another scoreboards information or data.

Cause

Wireless receiver at the scoreboard is an RC-100/200 receiver rather than an All Sport Gen 6 receiver.

Resolution

Install matching All Sport Gen 6 receiver on scoreboard.
