Cause

  • Login credentials have not been entered for Venus Server.

Resolution

  1. Click Venus Server.
  2. Username (email address) will be prefilled.
  3. Enter your password for logging into VCS.
  4. Click Test Connection.
  5. Return to the Overview screen
  6. The red X on the right of "Venus Server" will turn to a green check mark.
  7. Confirm check box for Don't Show on Startup is still checked.
  8. Click Continue.
