Vanguard Pro : How do I create a map in the software

How do you add a group map into Vanguard V4 Pro Software?

Environment

  • Product:  Vanguard
  • Component:  Group map within Vanguard Pro Software
  • Control Software:  Professional Software

Resolution

  • The types of image formats supported are bmp, png, jpg, peg, gif, and tiff.
  • Pressing F1 key on your keyboard at any time while Vanguard is open, will open the Help menu, that section of the manual associated with where you're at in the software.
  1. Open and enter username and password to log into Professional software.
  2. Click on the Tools tab.
  3. Click on System Configuration
  4. Click on Manage display groups.
  5. Click on Add new group.
  6. Click on Change group map.
  7. Select the image to be used for the group map.
  8. Click on Change group displays.
  9. Select the displays to be in the group, each display will have an icon put onto the map.
  10. Move the added display icons to the locations desired throughout the map.
  11. Once all signs are in the locations, click on the OK button.
  12. Close the System Configuration box.
  13. Click on the Home tab.
  14. Click on the Group selection icon.
  15. Click on the desired group to be displayed.
  16. Click on Map view.
