  • Cannot add/remove players from the All Sport 5000 Basketball roster.
  • The console LCD screen is showing: Stats Received Key Disabled.

Environment

  • Product: DSTI, All Sport 5000
  • Component: Shots on Goal (SOG)
  • Control System: All Sport 5000

Cause

  • The All Sport is receiving data from DSTI because a stat interface has been selected.

Resolution

  1. In DSTI, change it to "No Stats" for the stats interface if one isn't being used.
    • Note: You can either run everything from the All Sport using No Stats mode, or you can use Statcrew/Dakstats combined with the All Sport, where the individual player and play-by-play stats would come from the stats interface and not the All Sport.

For Temporary Operation

  1. Remove the serial connection from the console and manually enter player information and stats into the All Sport.
