Common Scoreboard Feeds

AJT OCR

  • The AJT OCR feed is used to get data from a camera pointed at a scoreboard to the score bug.
  • The OCR clock only pulls the game clock and  shot clock. The BNC cable from the camera connects to input 1 of the Ioxt to get this data to the sport app.

TISSOT NBA

  • The Tissot scoreboard feed is only used by the NBA. It sends the game clock, shot clock, score and period to the score bug.

OES

  • The OES feed takes the clock, period, and score from the controller and sends it to the score bug.
  • OES with TO refers to the time out countdown clock that was used by the NBA. The time out countdown clock is a separate template that counts down to game time. When this feed is chosen an additional UI, element appears on the UI, it's used to send the time out countdown template to the program window.
  • The OES with shot clock tenths works similarly to the two options above, the main difference is tenths mode on the shot clock.
    • OES Code 5833 is the only code supported by the SportApp
    • Basketball needs to be selected on the controller for the OES scoreboard feed to work

DAK 5000 TV FEED

  • DAK 5000 TV feed pulls data from the DAK scoreboard controller to the Sport App. It sends game clock, shot clock, play clock, score and period to the score bug and UI.
  • DAK 5000 TV feed with tenths shows tenths when the game and shot clock goes under a minute. DAK with no shot tenths doesn't show tenths when the shot clock goes under a minute.
  • DAK 5000 TV feed with tenths and TO works with the time out countdown clock which can be used as the countdown to game time. The clock shows tenths when it goes below a minute.
  • To enable the output of Sport App to display tenth of a second on the shot clock output, the Feed Options will need to be enabled and modified to SHOW SHOT CLOCK TENTHS UNDER X:

OES Basketball (NEW)

  • OES basketball new works like the OES feed above. The main difference is that this new feed sends timeout, bonus and possession from the controller to the score bug and the UI.
    • OES Code 5833 is the only code supported by the SportApp
    • Basketball needs to be selected on the controller for the OES scoreboard feed to work

SportZcast Basketball

  • SportZcast sends all the clock data plus period and score to the score bug and the UI. The SportZcast  data gets to the app via the network connection.
  • To get the data over the network to the sportapp the sbproto.ini file that contains the feed needs to contain the username and bot file number.
  • Newer versions will have editable options under the Feed Options as pictured below:

DAK 5000 TV FEED No Shot Tenths (New)

  • Both Dak feeds carry similar data like the other Dak feeds above, they either send shot tenths or they don't send shot tenths to the score bug. Like OES basketball new, the new DAK TV feed carries extra data to the score bug and the UI. The extra data is timeout and foul.

DAK 3000 Basketball

  • For a customer who has a DAK scoreboard controller but no All Sport CG this option would take clock, period and score from the controller to the score bug. A serial cable would go from the USB to serial converter to the back of the controller.
  • DAK 3000 is a back of the DAK without an All Sport CG, but an older All Sport.

DAK 5100 Basketball

  • The DAK 5100 feed works like the DAK 3000 scoreboard feed.
  • DAK 5100 is the back of the DAK without All Sport CG, newer models of All Sport.

Fairplay Basketball

  • Fairplay feed pulls data from the Fairplay scoreboard controller to the Sport App. It sends clock, score, timeouts, down, distance, ball on, possession and period to the score bug and UI.
    • Fairplay does not use specific sport codes, however the correct sport needs to be chosen to work with the SportApp

Nevco Basketball

  • Nevco feed pulls data from the Nevco scoreboard controller to the Sport App. It sends clock, score, period, timeouts, bonus, double bonus, and fouls to the score bug and UI.
    • Nevco Code 134 is the only code supported by the Basketball SportApp

DAK 5000 TV FEED VOLLEYBALL

  • The DAK 5000 volleyball feed sends clock, score and timeouts
