Potential Symptoms

  • Opening Content Studio shows Server Login box with Nucleus and Venus Server, Venus shows red X.

Environment

  • Product:  Display Studio

Cause

  • Content Studio was updated to V2 via updating Displays studio to 2.18 or newer.

Resolution

  1. If Venus Control Suite is available Click on Venus Server Name dialog box will open to enter VCS address and credentials.
  2. VCS is on system uncheck box next to Venus Server.
