Potential Symptoms

  • Create Playlist option in Display Studio has a file not showing as available to add, Multiple Players selected.

Cause

  • File structure between players does not match. 

Resolution

  • Both players must have same files in the same structure for a file to be selected. If it is on one player but not the other player the file will not show.
