RC-100 connects but scoreboard remains blank; Connecting to another base station

Potential Symptoms

  • The RC-100 will connect and show game information but the scoreboard remains blank.
  • RC-100 is connecting on the correct channel as the base station.
  • Scoreboard is blank and will not respond to any information on the handheld.
  • With the scoreboard powered off the handheld will still connect and show game information.

Cause

  • The RC-100 handheld is connecting to another base station in the area on the same channel. 

Resolution

  • Change the base station channel to a different channel that is not being used.
