Display Studio Crashes During Startup Splash Screen

Potential Symptoms

  • Display Studio will crash after going through a portion or all of the startup splash screen sequence.
  • A windows error message will appear stating "Display Studio has stopped working"
  • Unable to access the internet or ping other computers on the network.

    • Affected system is a synced client and not the server.

Cause

  • IP address conflict with another system on the network.

Resolution

  • Find an open IP address on the network and re-address the affected client machine.
