Unable to post message on display using a VFC

Potential Symptoms

Unable to see a test pattern or message on the display.
Im seeing a different background color than what was expected.
WEB UI shows DVI source unavailable.
Failed DVI cable.

Environment

Product: Vanguard
Component: VFC DVI cable
Control System: VFC

Cause

The Input settings showing as DVI 0x0 0Hz is a tell-tale sign that the VIP is not getting a valid video signal from the player.
The DP-to-DVI cable is the culprit in this case.

Resolution

Replace VFC controller.
