Live Book shows correct feeds with incorrect roster data

Potential Symptoms

  • livebooks is running a clock and all GIP relevant data, but roster information is not correct.

Environment

Cause

  • User did not go into the plugins manager and select the correct game

Resolution

  1. Press the plugins manager icon in the lower right corner
  2. Identify the feed that is currently active and choose options
  3. Halfway down you will see a drop box for games choose the game that they are covering

For Temporary Operation

  • Manually enter the entire roster if a game is not present.
