GTFS feed is not showing current information
Potential Symptoms
- Sign is displaying yesterdays or outdated information.
Environment
- Product Family: Mass Transit
- Product: AF-6700, AF-6710, and LS-1000 controlled signs.

- Control System: DVS software, GTFS feed
Cause
- An unknown source disrupted the feeds automatic update. By default this occurs at 3am, and if the computer was shut down at this time the new feed will not download.
Resolution
Manually update the GTFS feed.
- Go to C:\Program Files\Daktronics\DVS\GTFS\conf and open the GTFS.properties file.
- Copy the web link on line 28 into a web browser. This should automatically download a zip file.
- Extract the zip file and rename it to the feed name listed on line 8.
- Paste the file in C:\Program Files\Daktronics\DVS\GTFS\feeds.
