Resolution

  1. Connect to the display's web interface page.
  2. Navigate to the Display Control tab.
  3. Go to Display Mode and choose Module Pattern.

  4. Under Test Patterns:
    • Choose PL6 Port A Health and PL6 Port B Health to check the fiber connections to the PLRs.
      • Ideally you want the modules to show green. BUT, for a single face GP3, it will normally show red for the Port B Health test. And for a two faced GP3, the mirror side will normally show red for the Port B Health test.
      • Examples:

    • Choose PL5 Port A Health and PL5 Port B Health to check the SATA connections on the modules.
      • Ideally you want every module to be green on both sides. If one is red, that means there is a SATA connection issue on its A or B SATA port.

  5. Set the Display Mode back to Player when you are done.
