Omnisport: Data not displaying in Display Studio

Potential Symptoms

  • Data from OmniSport not displaying in Display Studio or on the sign.
  • Hy-Tek Meet Manager, OmniSport Pro Swim, Display Studio, and OmniSport 2000E.
  • All of components can ping one another; all IPs within range and on same subnet and gateway.
  • Hy-Tek Meet Manager has good communication with OmniSport, but has multiple OmniSport IP's listed as options.

Cause

  • Omni-2 (or 3 or 4) selected when OmniSport 2000E console first turned on.

Resolution

  • Turn OmniSport 2000E off and then turn back on and Select Omni-1.
  • Update Hy-Tek Meet Manager with IP of Omni-1.
