DMP-8000: How do I view the current logs for the applications

  • How do I see the information being logged by the applications that make up the DMP 8000 to troubleshoot active issues on my display.

  • Product: DMP 8000
  • Components: DMP 8000 v8.9 and newer
  • Control System: Any

Steps

  1. In the Windows system tray, right click on the icon for the application you wish to troubleshoot and select "Control Panel"

  3. In the resulting dialog, select the "Activity Log" tab.

  5. You can also adjust how much information is being logged using the Options button at the bottom left of the Control Panel window.
