Venus 7000: Manual calibration or module color adjust via DMP 7000 not working

    Cause

    If there are issues with Calibration on the entire display either not working or showing up on multiple displays at the same time, see the following steps:

    1. First decipher the configuration of the display and the DD's. 
    2. If the sign has multiple faces, there may be multiple DD's incorrectly using the same address.  This incorrect configuration needs to be corrected before proceeding.  
    3. Once this is corrected, it will be left corrected for proper operation going forward. 
    Note:  Setting Face dial will only affect proper calibration operation.  Display content operation will continue as it had before unchanged.

    Resolution

    1. Access the first face's DD and verify the Face dial is set to:

      1. DD3100:  Rotary Switch:  0 switch labeled "S4" (If fiber to the first DD and daisy chaining to secondary DD's with RJ cable).

      2. DD3100:  Rotary Switch:  8 switch labeled "S4" (If fiber to the first DD and daisy chaining to secondary DD's with fiber cables).

      3. DD4030:  Rotary Switch:  0 switch labeled "Face Num"

      4. DD4040:  Rotary Switch:  0 switch labeled "F"

      5. DD404x:  Rotary Switch:  0 switch labeled "Face"

    2. Access the second face's DD and verify/change it's Face dial to:

      1. Increment one from Face one above.

    3. Access the third face's DD and verify/change it's Face dial to:

      1. Increment one from Face two above.

    4. Repeat as necessary.

    5. On the DD change the Face dial to increment each consecutive DD's Face dial by one on each face.
